The Hills Have Eyes

Finally saw The Hills Have Eyes remake the other day. Not bad at all. V Intense. It strangely stays close to the original for a while, goes off in a completely different direction in the middle, then veers back to a copy at the end. Still, it's pretty damn good really & it's Wes Craven approved, so that's good enough for me..
The girl from Lost (above), meets someone who's obviously watched both seasons.
Have I mentioned how much I fucking hate Lost recently?

Cor! This looks great. I might have to go and watch it now. I do love a good horror movie...but...Michael Berryman always makes the original for me. Fancy actually being born like that? (Sorry Michael...but you really chill me out.) I bet he's a totally lovely bloke in real life. Can we have a post about him please? It probably turns out he does loads of work for Unicef or something. Lol.

Is that really the woman from 'Lost' she looks different. Perhaps everyone's face changes when they are really, really scared...it is getting a bit 'mushy' recently. Just bring on the black smoke...that's what I say.

And...looking forward to the Western post too. Yippppeee!

Yeah, it's not bad at all. I think Craven was executive producer, and they may have even used chunks of dialogue from his original script...so he prob. got a wedge of cash to be involved.

Berryman is like a God to me. Got an interview w/ him somewhere in an old ish of Psychotronic...he had a really interesting and varied career in film and theatre...

Berryman is ace.
The only thing I didn't like in the new one is they don't make much of Billy Drago playing Papa Jupiter (My cat's named Jupier after Papa in the original) & Billy Drago (he's the stone killer in The Untouchables) is a Psycho God.
The girl from 'Lost' is the blonde one that was pregnant. Have I mentioned that I fucking hate 'Lost'?
The Western post'll go up as soon as the picture loader works again - Kek: I'm missing you on all these lists that've been floating around my blog lately- I'll expect a top ten westerns or there'll be trouble.

People have been saying 'hang in there with Lost' for ages, man.
It's SHIT. It's written by 8 year olds who are making it up as they go.
The 'black smoke' won't get explained, I hope you all know that.
