Well, as requested, here's my top ten movies (excluding westerns). They're pretty easy to guess, but then I'm incredibly shallow. I'm already trying to come up with another genre to go quiz on, so watch this space.
Dawn Of The Dead (2004)
Aliens (1986)
Se7en (1995)
The Matrix (1999)
The Birds (1963)

2. Aliens
4. The Matrix
I have to say, that's a pathetic attempt...only two...but you did get my favourite difficult one.
1. Dawn of the Dead.
2. Aliens.
3. Se7en.
4. I defer to niowulf - I didn't guess this one.
5. The Birds?
6. Die Hard.
7. Jaws?
8. Manhunter.
9. Looks like Kurt Russell, so I'm going with Escape from New York.
10. Point Blank?
JC - 8 out of 10 - including #4 being The Matrix.
PS - JC - Fancy a pint tonight?
Gimme a hint - was it 7 & 9 I got wrong?
7.30 at the BS tonight?
9 & 10 are your wronguns. I had a really difficult pic for Die Hard but it just wasn't cool enough.
Gotta feed Mrs Zero's cats as she's in Italy, but I should be in the BS by 7.30 - certainly won't be much later.
Is the Lee Marvin 'The Killers'?
I would like to be in the BS tonight but Mrs Niowulf is working for sure and its off to the Land of those Little Bricks tomorro'.
PS I didn't realise that there were another batch. I may have got Die Hard.
Nobody's got #9 yet - and yes, #10 is The Killers.
Niowulf: You can't redeem yourself by saying you 'may have got Die Hard'. You're only hope of redemption is to guess number 9.
Although getting The Matrix was cool, I thought I was being really clever there.
PS.. How could anyone possibly think 'Overboard' is one of my favourite films..must try harder Noiwulf.
was it Unlawful Entry?
Nope, I'm so happy that at least one seems to be difficult.
9. is The Thing, innit?
It is indeed The Thing.
Well done old boy.
The Thing, damn! I was gonna say that but I don't remember daylight in it.
Oh, yeah. The whole opening bit's all in daylight.
I was gonna post a picture of just his whiskey glass, but I thought that was taking things too far..
Oh goodness...I missed all this...damn it..I'll see if there is anything left...
*Huff* All gone...never mind. Still nice to see the list. Great choices. Seven is wonderful. I love it.
Molly! Where were you?
I'm going to have to come up with top ten something else.
Yep, me a bit late too - still, made the guessing easier!
Oooh..look at that little blue face. That's cool starbuck.
Sorry Dom..I don't know what I was doing...ermmm...probably doing dull stuff like marking...
Errm...lemme think...another Top 10....I'd like to see....your Top 10 Sci-fi programmes. That would be good. Or..I'd really love to see your Top 10 Fluffs. I think that would be really hard for you. But...I know who would be at number 1. But..it would be good for you to sort out in your mind the top ten. Can you choose? The agony of choice.
Here's a little brainteaser though...
What is the link between 'The Birds' and 'Halloween'?
Heh heh hehe. She rubs her hands together in delight.
I'm working on the link - but I'm trashed, so I'll come back to it in the morning.
Meanwhile...Top Ten Super Villains coming at ya.
Hang on. Hitchcock did 'Psycho'with Janet Leigh...'Halloween' stars her daughter Jamie Lee Curtis.
They were both in 'The Fog'. The remake is Shit.
Is that it?
I'm trashed. I'm gonna eat a Magnum & go to bed.
Ooooh Top Ten Super Villains. Even better!
Very good on the link. You are officially an *expert*. I like that.
Why do I find myself attracted to that man from Manhunter - the pic you've posted up. He's quite nice actually...I like him in CSI too. Is there something wrong with me? I think it's because he likes insects too. And there was that nice frisson between him and that Dominatrix on one episode too. That was cool.
Tippi Hedren and Melanie Griffith too. Whatever happened to Melanie Griffith? What happened to her lips?
Tippi Hedren is gorgeous.
Tippi Hedren is a gem.
I watched her on the Biography Channel the other day.
I had no idea that Hitchcock totally fucked her career over. He was a nasty piece of work.
William Peterson is ace. Everyone should fancy him, he has dark qualities.
Perhaps I could have Tippi and William together. OOoooooh.
