Jeez, I've just realised what a deprived childhood I had ... I've never even heard of this - and I thought I had an encyclopediac knowledge of Airfix.
Apart from the raven tresses, that's a Ron 'The Man' Ely take on Tarzan, which is just how it should be.
Jeez - no...I've actually seen one this before; might have even had it when I was younger....when was Ron Ely Tarzan....the 60s...? So might be a childhood flashback.
Yeah, it's def a Ron Ely tie-in. They did this & the High Chaparral, plus Robin Hood & The Sheriff Of Nottingham. This box is from around 1966. You get Tarzan, Boy (or Jai as he was known)Cheetah the ape, hunters, natives, lions crocodiles an elephant & a boat. Fucking cool.

I'm basically re-buying my childhood.
