Kid Shirt / Octopus 99 Crossover

Excellent booze-up with The Shirts a couple of nights back. As mentioned over on Shirt's blog (I don't know how to do that thing where you click on the name and it takes you to their blog), large amounts of gin & bourbon were consumed outside in the somewhat dangerous summer conditions....and they let me play with the fire. Due to my pyromaniacal past this was very brave of them. I haven't been allowed within ten feet of a fire since 1988. One day I'll tell that story.
The next day in Honiton I found a perfect little toy that will complete my next Classic Movie Re-creation.

Television Atrocity

So, recently I've been spending my mornings with a jug of coffee watching Dallas and then Charlie's Angels on UK Gold (or whatever the channel's called now...probably This Is A Television Channel Showing Stuff That Is Old so that nobody gets confused).

Dallas isn't as I remember...JR got shot! Sue Ellen's fucking pissed all the time. Lucy's a real horse. I reckon they've secretly remade it. I don't recall any devious goings on at all.

Anyway...they fucking stopped showing Charlie's Angels halfway through season three and replaced it with Fantasy Fucking Island. Just two days before my favourite episode: Angel Hunt. I'm in a terrible rage and may well go out and shoot up a Burger King. Again.

Books For Sale This Week

As of today, celebrating the fact that I'm finally back on fucking broadband, I shall be doing occasional posts promoting some of the books I'm selling on Ebay. That is until I get bored of doing it. I'm a lousy self promoter. Under-achiever I was always referred to as in work environments.

This has nothing to do with the fact that Wimbledon has been so fucking rained on that I can't get into it and have extra time on my hands as a result. Still...managed to absorb Serb Hottie Ana Ivanovic going through to the semis (er..no, can't be bothered) this afternoon, although she'll get twatted tomorrow. My god, she's not blonde!
