Simply because Kek W was reading Stormbringer the other day - I thought I'd post this as I've just finished reading it. Moorcock's stuff is still holding up pretty well in my opinion.
This is actually the US version of Phoenix In Obsidian (presumably the Americans found the original title a little complex). Lots of killing and a depressed hero. What more can you ask of a book.

agreed - s'only Jerry Cornelius who has dated pretty bad I think....
It is Frazetta - been looking for a print of it for ages.
And yeah, Jerry Cornelius left me a bit cold at the time. Not enough fighting & killing.
